She encourages continuous innovation from every team member.

Originally from Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, Mindy has spent the majority of her life in the Mid-Atlantic region. She holds a B.S. Degree in Human Nutrition, Foods and Exercise from Virginia Tech, and completed the Rotary International Exchange program in Belgium. Her background includes commercial fitness center management and corporate well-being business development. She is experienced in creating, developing, marketing and administering initiatives and revenue generating programs and is highly skilled in a variety of media relations formats. She holds the Certified Exercise Physiologist certification from the American College of Sports Medicine along with the Exercise is Medicine Level 2 Credential. Mindy has been a master trainer for both Life Fitness and LeMond Fitness.

Mindy currently develops and implements the strategic plan for Adventist HealthCare’s Employer Health Services through Employee Well-being and Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) in support of Adventist HealthCare’s vision for a healthy and high performing workforce. She leads the expansion of Adventist HealthCare’s data/disease management and complete employee well-being services to employers in the region by leading the LifeWork Strategies business unit. She works collaboratively with service providers and organization leadership to ensure that interventions appropriately address client employer needs along the health continuum and ultimately reduce modifiable health risks, enhance work/life skills, reduce health plan costs and improve productivity and employee satisfaction.
